Please read and agree to all our terms and conditions outlined below. By requesting guidance or a reading with Claire-Fae you agree to and accept to abide by all these terms and conditions as follows:

By law we must state that this is for entertainment purposes only. All guidance is subject to your own interpretation. By seeking guidance or purchasing a reading with Claire-Fae you are agreeing that the information/ guidance provided does not constitute or substitute for legal, psychological, financial, personal, business or medical advice. Claire-Fae takes no responsibility for the choices and /or actions taken based on the content of the guidance/ reading.

You must be 18 years and over. Attendance of any children for any reading/ event is at the discretion, discernment and responsibility of the parent/guardian who must be over the age of 18 without exception. Please do not be under the influence of alcohol, recreational or hallucinogenic drugs.

Any information or guidance given will be focused on the energy of your life and current situation, the future always depends on the choices you make. You are the only one in control of your own life, decisions and outcomes!

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to reschedule your reading, please let us know as soon as possible, with a minimum 24 hours (1 day) before your scheduled day/time. You are able to directly cancel or reschedule via the text and email confirmation you will receive on booking within 24 hours (1 day) prior to your scheduled reading.

Please note that should you simply not attend your scheduled reading, you will be considered a ‘no-show’ and on conversion to a ‘no show’ in my appointments you will charged a $10.00 non-refundable administration fee.
Please be considerate that others could greatly benefit from the time allotted.

Refund Policy

All purchases are strictly non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of the products and services offered there is a no refund policy, all purchases are final. All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD $) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without prior notice at our discretion.

Payment Process

Our appointment booking system is powered by Square. Square will securely ask for your credit card as a placeholder prior to finalising your booking, you may see a $0 pending charge appear on your banking transactions as a result, not money will be processed until after your reading. However should you simply not attend your scheduled reading, you will be considered a ‘no-show’ and you will automatically be charged a $10.00 non-refundable administration fee via Square on this designation.

If preferred you are able to pay via direct debit which we can invoice you our details, or you are welcome to pay via our PayPal link: Claire-Fae PayPal.Me - Please just let me know prior on booking in the notes if you wish alternative payment methods to Square credit card processing. No payment plans, Afterpay or pensioners discounts are available for any products or services.

No work may be taken from the site and reproduced without prior consent from Claire-Fae.  This site and all contents within are protected by Australian copyright laws, and belong to Claire-Fae. The copyrights for all contents within are owned by Claire-Fae. You may not alter or manipulate the images or any other content within our site. You may not reproduce any content by Claire-Fae without her prior written agreement.

Any products or services purchased entitle you access for ‘your personal use only.’ It is prohibited to share any of Claire-Fae’s copyrighted or paid-for material and concepts anywhere online, via any transmission method or to make it available for downloading or viewing anywhere on the internet

Code of Ethics

Please understand that I will always do my best to facilitate your messages from spirit with grace and empathy, and if there are ever any messages that come through which are not “good news” this may be something that your loved ones in spirit would like you to hear and understand in order to help move you through a particular difficult decision or situation with greater ease.

Please note I do not give 3rd party (“prying”) information in readings, regarding other individuals who is not directly a living family member. Please note I do not encourage you to become reliant on readings for making decisions or life choices. Should reliance become an issue, I reserve the right to ask you return only after a certain amount of time has passed. I also reserve the right to deny, cancel and block a reading to anyone at any time, with or without a reason.
